The changes of the teenage years can be difficult to navigate, even before throwing stuttering into the mix! This interactive group workshop will create a space for teens to hear about, learn from, and discuss the transition from teenage-hood to young adulthood as a person who stutters.

The workshop will include a panel of successful young adults who recently navigated these transitions in their own lives. At the end of the workshop participants will walk away with skills to navigate the following: school participation, the “social scene”, dating, job interviewing, self-advocacy, and having “tough conversations” surrounding stuttering with family and friends.
