On July 9, 2020, AIS held its 14th Annual Gala. Famed actress Emily Blunt hosted a conversation with Vice President Joe Biden and honoree John Hendrickson. Arthur Blank and Carl Page also discussed the impact that stuttering had on their lives. This exciting and impactful event raised awareness and raised funds for AIS’s scholarship program.

AIS Client speaks out after being mocked by Starbucks barista

A previous client ordered coffee at a Philadelphia Starbucks and the barista mocked his stuttering and wrote SSSam on his coffee cup. Starbucks responded to the situation, and both Sam and our own Heather Grossman were interviewed for this story.
